Trolls will troll.
Main distortion - skewed polls need to first be... skewed. If anything, this one is skewed against them with its 6 to 4 bad / good choices imbalance. Get a life guys.

You're talking about Box Office?

I mean the added movies channels (104, 106, (111), 149) for smaller packages, @R99 p/m.
It's their main start to becoming more individualised. Although maybe a red herring given the poor output from Hollywood now.

Ah! Yes I was talking about Box Office.

Due to football coverage I have the full package so not looked at the new Movie offering

This ^

Also, I have a problem with Multichoice employed people hijacking this forum with skewed polls. Unless this is sanctioned by the site owner, enough already.
I happen to know for a FACT that the creator of this poll is NOT employed by MC - as a matter of fact, he has been banned from the previous MC run forum on several occasions because of his open attacks on them - se there goes your theory and, with it, any possible value you can add.

If only polls sanctioned by the site owner had value there would not have been the option for members to create their own polls - it is part of a free press system.

As many issues as I myself have with MC, what I have a problem with are the self-entitled total MC-haters that just can't help themselves from still reading and replying to absolutely everything MC-related - as if they need to constantly make sure they are not missing out on anything good. It you have no interest in a topic, happily scroll on by and keep your blood pressure normal... :)

Not a customer myself, but came to look for the hate spewing hater and the do no wrong subber. Wasn't too let down. Personally I believe it's expensive for what it is but someone has to pay to allow MC to pay the sport broadcasting rights so it is what it is. I'm not into ballsports really and the odd chance I get a dstv remote in my hand I always hop to the documentaries l, but I can get my docu fix elsewhere. I'm not pro, neither against I just see it as an expensive necessity for the rugby beer and braai gang. Will I burn through R1k a month for something I really want.. Yes... there is just nothing I really want that cost that... except maybe too much pizza, I can has R1k pizza/month pizza, much cheese, such taste

Now that the sport channels are loosely arranged to show certain sports on certain channels, choosing which channels would attract many new clients.

However, this option will be predominantly used by sports lovers, and if the schedule requires a game to be shown on a channel which they haven't purchased, people will be so offended and upset that it would sink DStv's reputation beyond the doldrums in which it currently resides.

If I was DStv, I wouldn't do it. No way.

Just don't feed them

I wont pay R1K p/m for repeats.
Neither would I. M-Net alone shows no repeats between 18h00 and midnight every day. That's already 6 hours of new content every single day - excluding any live sport (which often exceeds 20 hours a day) or any of the other channels. How many hours do you want to watch TV per day? :)
