Netscreen was a compnay own it's own but was bought by Juniper - They do the large Core routers. They compete with the likes of Cisco 12000 routers.

Checkpoint is a company from Israel which only does firewalls - used by a couple of big banks and other companies in South Africa, but big in the USA.
They has allso taken ownership of the ZoneAlarm brand!
