I agree with the poll: "Do you think wireless broadband will be able to compete effectively with ADSL in the near future?", but only because Telkom have not offered anything above 1M. We all know that overseas, line speeds are above 10M, which far outreaches that of wireless, and will for a long time.
Also, as wireless gets more advanced, higher speeds, etc, wire is also advancing, ( sorry, overseas, not RSA)
So as far as I am concerned, the poll is South Africa specific, and not a real answer to the technology.
