Hi guys. I have a problem with my 1.4tdi. The radiator fan doesn't come on when the car comes up to 90 degree. Even if the car is idling for 20min after it has reached 90degree the heat guage doesn't go more than that. The water is circulating

Most likely your fan switch.
They should be dirt cheap and available at your local goldwagen or similar spares.

Are you talking about the coolant temperature sensor?

install a front mount intercooler and then ask the guy to check wiring by the fan switch etc.. probably melted partially or something

Yes.
It's both a sensor and fan switch that screws into the radiator.

I had the same with my chico many years ago and came across a lot of other people with the same issue.
