Polo Central Locking Problem

Hi

I have a 2009 1.4l Polo, not the Vivo. I have this strange problem with the central locking.
I do not have a remote control but rather I have to open/close the doors with keys.

When I try to Open / Close the drivers door it sometimes does not activate the locking/unlocking of the doors.
Then I would have to go to the drivers side to open / close the door in that way.

It never was a problem for me as it happened intermediately and the local garage keeps saying everything is fine with the car if they check the diagnostics.
However I do want to sell the car and would like to fix it before the time.

Any ideas anybody ?

And I really do not want to replace the complete lock.

Also the radio works in one direction. Same workshop said this is a factory fault, is this true?

I think that might be Zayn's fault.

Go to another workshop rather than your local "alles is lekker" workshop.

I'd hit the radio hard with a hammer. I can't stand One Direction.
