PoloTSI stop start system

Hello,
Does anyone have issues with there polo tsi stop start feature. Mine is switching off my car completely and display restart manually message. I have taken back to the dealer and they cant seem to find the error. First they suspected my battery and replaced with a bigger battery, while the issues still persists. VW contact centre has been contacted and no way forward as yet.

As for your issue, it’s under warranty. Tell them to fix it or replace, it’s their problem not yours.

Edit: assuming it’s a 2018 as your name implies.

My sister just got hers, and it works fine .... though she always switches it off. Only gripe she has with it is that there is no way to disable it permenently. You have to switch it off everytime you get back into the the car.

That's pretty much the case for most cars that have this system fitted...
