Ok so I bought a new house very recently and it had a old pool which was full of cracks and leaks so we decided to get a new pool built about 6 weeks ago, The guy came and saw the existing pool and our designs we wanted and quoted us on it in his quote he said it would take +- 4 weeks.
Here lies the problem 6 weeks later and all we have is a hole and rubble in our garden the manager is trying to cut corners where ever he can and he is never on site but has supervisors that dont know what is exactly going on.
On a legal stance what is the best action to take from here as im scared even if he does complete the pool whats his guarantee going to be worth ? I have paid 80% deposit thus far on the pool.
