It’s business as usual at a tavern in Bergville, Rookdale, after a grenade explosion which saw at least 10 people injured last night (Saturday).

The incident took place after an argument between two people over a beer in the tavern.

“The man who threw the grenade into the tavern had argued with another person after demanding that he buy him something to drink (alcohol). After he refused to buy him a drink, the man went home and fetched a grenade. After throwing it (the grenade) into the tavern, he closed the door and the grenade exploded inside,” said a bystander who asked not to be named.

Tavern owner Lindi Madonsela explained how the grenade rolled under a pool table in the tavern before exploding underneath, which saved many people’s lives.

This pos should be locked up for life. I hope the cops arrest him quickly and find out where he got the grenade from.

WOW, so basically if you dont buy me a beer, I can ACTUALLY just go home and fetch ONE of my grenades.........

And we have a endless battle just to get a legal firearms license?

Just lob a grenade into a tavern full of people and don't care for the consequences. Lock up this dude and throw the key away.

Alcohol + high powered ballistic weapons.

Not good.

Correction NO "high powered ballistic weapons" for any citizen

But seriously what is going through your head when you actually take a grenade from the armory.....
"lets see how many people will actually buy me a beer tonight"

ONly for law abiding citizens. If you're a criminal everything is much easier. Grenades, R1, R5s, AK47s etc.

Must agree, it will start to cost me less to be on the other side of the fence as currently it is costing me thousands and a lot of time to actually just follow the law to re-aply for my firearms.
