I decided to cancel with my previous ISP (Wondernet) and move to Afrihost.
Seems like a bad idea now..
Wondernet released my line on Friday - it is now Monday morning and it has not been activated yet. The Whatapp support line is terrible to deal with. From Saturday, I've been asking for an update and can't get a straight answer - worse still, and the reason for the complaint, is that each time you get a new support agent, they do not have access to the Whatsapp chat history - what then is the purpose of Whatsapp, if I have to repeat everything each time?
