It seems businesses, local and international have really poor communication times these days.
I've attempted to contact a few places since last Friday and I'm yet to receive a response.
It's ridiculous really and Covid can't be used as an excuse anymore.
I'm heading to complaint departments now. It's not right to ignore your customers, whoever you may be.
