What is going on with the Cool Ideas service? For two days we have had below par connectivity despite the support site stating that the DDOS problem had been mitigated! I am only getting 5.3Mbps download on a 20/2 package!! Me thinks it is time to look for another provider!!

Apparently the Vumatel issue was resolved after midnight last night as per the other thread, can you confirm if your issue is also resolved?

Not sure if its resolved for everybody as yet, but if line continues to be bad will log a ticket and escalate as usual

Unfortunately not as it seems that we are back to normal after 3 days of issues! PS: I have yet to receive a response to the ticket COOL-20190912-307995 that was logged at 19H00 last night?

I think there's something else afoot. I'm on Telkom LTE and also having connectivity issues.
Among others, I'm getting page not found errors and cloudflare errors.

CloudFlare is having issues themselves it seems.

You can imagine the backlog of tickets unfortunately, but glad to hear its back to normal. Seems a multitude of issues with DDoS and FNO.

CloudFlare is having issues themselves it seems.

For the last few days SA CDNs has been up and down. Even if they reroute it to London the cdn gets overloaded and becomes slow.
