Poor Iburst technical support

:mad:Being a iburst subscriber for the last 8 years only now that I am fighting my own battle for the place I have moved to the signal is so poor that I have to carry my desktop modem tied up to a broomstick in different areas of the house in order to get some signal.
They sent out a aerial specialist and I learned this from him, apply a flat panel aerial onto a broomstick and locate the signal. I have spent money on 2 flat panel aerials installed by their technicians and still no luck, my desktop modem works better on a broomstick and into a vase, however in some parts of the house I stick to the window its the best signal I get its on the windows.
I suggested they install the OMNI AERIAL for trial but they showed no interest again they want me to pay and if it doesn't work toughies......its your problem.
But I am not giving up, I will do my own research and with a little help from you readers I am sure I will sort out the problem.
Any Ideas........

Even their entry level uncapped package will give you a better experience than iBurst
 
Cables are forever being stolen and Telkom service is not that fantastic .......believe you me I have tried all methods and I will find a solution to my signal problem....then maybe Iburst will buy the solution from me.......but thanks for your advice...appreciate it.
