Poor potential customer service

I have been trying tirelessly for 3weeks to get registered on the Rain network to enable me apply for the 4g unlimited data without success. Following my first email I was promised to be contacted within 24-48hrs.That was 2wks ago,am still waiting. I realized that this could be due to the fact that am using a passport not SA ID. But why put the passport option there when they knew it would not cut? For heaven's sake am a medical doctor.and can very well afford.I have an impeccable credit record.

I hope I have not misunderstand your issue.

If you are trying to register the SIM card online it won't work with a passport. Its only for SA ID numbers. If you are using a passport, you need to order a SIM from Rain website directly. It will be delivered thru a door to door courier service provider who will RICA the sim on delivery. Then Rain activates the SIM on their end.

Thank you, no am not trying to register the Sim card my problem is getting to register my details on the Rain website before going on to pay for the SIM card.The website continues to show error in registering details.

I would first of all like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Applying for the sim card on the rain website should not give you issues ,even if you are using a passport, please send me a PM with your email address that is linked to your rain account so i can have a look at where the issue is.
