Poor Service from Afrihost

Ordered Mobile phone from Afrihost. Money deducted via debit order but still waiting for phone. Logged numerous requests via Customer portal and via Call Center but no joy

Hi, when the offer first came out. Paid for it via my account with Afrihost. Told all this to your call center, phonies supposed to be with Courier, still waiting . Can I get a refund as your service or lack thereof is shocking

Still waiting for my refund, apparently it takes 10 working days...

I will give them until next week if money isn't reflecting in my account by then.

Then will open another ticket.
