Ordered an uncapped Telkon LTE package tgrough them on the 7th. Still waiting for it. Got 2 conflicting emails from them today. First said it would be delivered before 4pm, it is now 4.03pm and counting. Got a second email 2hrs later saying that the courier company had picked it up and it would be delivered in the next 3 to 7 dsys. Bearing in mind I received the same email 3days ago saying tge exact same thing. I phoned them at 15h30 to find out what was happening. Was put through to the shipping dept and have heard diddly squat back. How the hell did they get ISP of the year several times with this shockingly poor levels of service delivery. Sorely disappointed
