I am on a line with the below stats:
4Mbps line - TelkomInternet 10GB + 10GB account (within data limit).
The download speeds range between 80kb per second and 120kb per second. Tested with a mult-threaded download manager, YouTube streaming etc etc.
If I have a download running ~80kb per second pings fly up to 400 - 1000 for google.co.za.
