I'm running a small business with 10 employees. We struggling with poor signal from all networks. Most of us use Vodacom and our internet router is Vodacom but we struggle to get any work done. How can I get Vodacom to assist with a booster. I'm in Steelpoort Limpopo

just log a ticket with their service desk, what i did, they came out and after lots of tests put a booster in. i was going to suggest try all the networks and see who has the best coverage

I stayed there for a while and Vodacom had the best signal. Then again, depends on where in Steelpoort you are, I guess. My contact for Vodacom was a guy in Lydenburg, can remember his name, but he has the Vodacom shop there. He always assisted us.

Also, I know for a fact that the Vodacom Broadband Connect works in that area, as I was part of the pilot. Check that out for better internet connection.

If you have a window where you get decent signal, then you can buy the Celfi Duo from Vodacom. I sold one to one of my business clients who was struggling with signal inside his house. I went to his home and checked for myself and found a window where he got OK'ish 3G, somtimes 4G. He bought the CelFi Duo and his feedback is that it works like a bomb. Solved his issue completely. It is a bit on the expensive side, but he said it was well worth the money.
