Hi there

Should mostly be cleared by now...load balancing issue was resolved yesterday, so should be OK now. Let me know if not, in the meatime, I will recheck with the technical guys.

An update :-

Something is still odd - some emails arrive, others not.
I watched a client send me two emails from his site on Friday - one arrived.

May be a localised thing, however . . . because email from other folk seems fine. Hard to pinpoint such nasties.
At least the 'old mail' has stopped being dredged up.

Now 21:02 and I'm starting to get mail sent after lunch . . . up to 16:47 already ;-)

Hello again.

We're starting to get reports from our remote users about emails not getting through to us again - they phone to ask why we haven't responded yet.

Anyone else experiencing this as well ?
