Anyone else having connectivity problems with Telkom's pop3 server? Trying to receive some email, but getting connection rejected failures. Seems the webmail site is also down.

Down here, whole afternoon, seems like their Bellville servers are also iffy.
Registered on the SAIX network noticeborad, not getting notices. Support oke, tells me I'm not online, and put the phone down in my ear. Now I wonder how I'm typing this..seeing that Telkom is my only ISP.
tracert to Europe server shows latency of around 500ms per hop other side of their firewall.....
