Pork sausages

So, I rather enjoy the buggers, but don't really feel like the traditional bangers & mash.

Help - give me some other options.
 
*Fry sausage. Toss into baked beans curry.
*Fry sausage. Toss into tomato chutney.
 
cut sausage into 1cm slices
fry in a bit of oil
2 chopped onions
add 4 chopped tomatoes (or a tin, if you are lazy)
salt to taste
add tin of baked beans
add some chutney
bit of sugar to break the tartness
keep stirring!!

serve on rice or mashed potato

Ok that's it, I'm not opening this thread anymore, I''m so freaking hungry right now *sigh*
 
We empty the Woollies Bangers out of their casings and make pork burgers, add grated apple, mustard and bacon bits. Serve with thinly sliced bree and preserved figs

My Wife takes the meat out and turns them into little pork pies over Christmas time.

and no - some things should simply not be photographed - once seen and all that.
