I really hope someone can help me;

I am using BitTorrent original client. Downloads were going ok until today.

Using a machine with Vista on I was downloading at about 30 - 40 KB/s when Neotel actually works.

I connected another machine running XP and same client and set up port forwarding. It worked last night just fine on both computers but tonight suddenly all ports are blocked. Needless to say all down/uploads are at 0.

I have an Axesstel MV400 router from Neotel. You can't disable the firewall on it (just to test). Also thought of installing another router behind it and disabling firewall on the Axessel router but since I can't...

I've tried forwarding to different ports and have reset the router but nothing seems to work. I've forwarded both UDP and TCP. The ip addresses are def correct. The router says they're forwarded and the ports are not the same for each ip address.

I've checked for firewalls on the computers (the second one is not mine). We don't use Windows Firewall and there is definitley nothing running. We even uninstalled Symantec in case.

Using http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=0000 and PFPortCHecker all ports are blocked, no matter what port I try.

This is driving me crazy! Any suggestions?

Update: PFPortChecker says that the port is open for UDP traffic. But not for TCP. Hmmm

I have no idea what that means.
