Port Forwarding - Mega 200 VWR

Hey guys, need help.

Just got my dsl line 3 days ago and the router, Mega 100 WR was not working so Telkom exchanged it for the Mega 200. How do i open the port on this one ? the control panel isn't as straight forward as the Mega 100. Anyone ??

lol, many thanks. I had thought it might be the virtual server but i didnt want to mess anything up. So far I've had a new laptop crash on me after 3 days ownership, a useless router and then telkom giving me horrible speeds while having a 4096 line. They think my having a speed of 250 kbp/s - 335 kbp/s is just fine and dandy. Wonder what's an acceptable speed for a line like this ??
