Port Forwarding on DWR-956M - Telkom

Had the same issue recently, but was finally able to solve it. Problem was 2-fold...Telkom LTE APN setting and Virtual Servers in router admin.
1. *NB* this must be changed, else port forwarding will not work * When using Telkom LTE, the public IP changes practically every few seconds (Telkom uses CGNAT, due to IPv4 depletion). The workaround is to set your APN to "unrestricted". So, on this router, login to admin, then Basic Setup -> Wan Service -> edit the LTE WAN service -> Advanced Settings -> set APN to "other" and enter 'unrestricted' in the field that appears just below.
2. You can then port forward using Virtual Servers. In admin -> Advanced Setup -> NAT -> Virtual Servers, select LTE in the dropdown Wan Connection list. Then click Add, and add your port-forwarding rule.
And that's it ! Should work great after that. Our cameras and NVR's are accessible once again.
