Port forwarding on Premium Combo

Has anyone actually managed to do this yet? At present whenever I attempt to "add reserved mapping" the ports are always reset to 0 (instead of the port I wish to open).

Anybody have a solution?

Yup Ive done this, after some while of puzzling

under the "Transport Type" do the TCP first then the UDP, because I have tried the ALL option but it wont take it. So I did each one separate, more work but it works at the end.
