Portable LP player for car

Is there such a thing as a portable LP player for one's car, and where can one have it installed? Vinyl has a certain warmth that the digital media lacks.

A car is such a horrible acoustic environment that the differences between the two mediums even under good conditions aren't worth considering. Vinyl of any acceptable quality in a moving car or even with a motor running is a bad idea.
