Hi all:)

Does anyone know of a portable version of Opera browser? By portable I mean one that can be installed and run of a flash drive without leaving data on the host machine. I do have the portable versions of Thunderbird and Firefox, but I still like Opera:)

Opera installs everything in one directory, so I am sure if you change your path to the memory stick when you install, all should be fine, as long as your memory stick is big enough. All its settings and files are stored in subdirectories of the main directory.

hehe, I had a baie lekker sleep.
I hope the ostrich did too!

@Hound, do you know how to import mail from Thunderbird Portable into the mail app of Opera Portable? Using the import process in Opera for Thunderbird mail, Opera looks for a pref.js file which my Thunderbird Portable doesn't seem to have. Overall Opera Portable is great because it doesn't require an install:)

Don't worry - I used the import type as generic mbox file - worked like a charm:D
