Portforwading

I am not sure if i posted in theright lace but pease could someone assist me, i am trying to do portforwarding on my billion 7300gra for xbox live, followed the instructions on portforward, created a static ip using their program and when i test to see if the port is open, it says itsclosed,

please can someone assist

You sure you typing in the right port?
Seems like you need a new Keyboard...
