Porting A Number

So I upgraded to an MTN contract from a prepaid Vodacom and ported the vodacom number...

I phoned yesterday to activate the contract and they said the port would take from 24 to 72 hours....

Anyone done this before?

ye, once you've gotten the approval to port, u submit your new contract application and wait till your vodacom sim goes dead.

Well I haven't dealt with Vodacom at all.

MTN just said it would be done...

So I guess I just wait...
