We are trying to port 4 numbers from MTN to Vodacom.
Numbers are all on business accounts but the ports keep failing due to corporate details mismatch.
We have contacted MTN and confirmed with them the details we are submitting are correct but the ports keep failing.
We have contacted the Business Customer care, who point us to porting.
Porting cannot see why it failed, they can only see our info that we submitted, they escalated to the MTN credit controller.
MTN credit controller cannot assist, can only confirm the company registration number (which we already have confirm is correct).
They point us back to Business Customer Care, who in turn point us back to porting.
Does anyone have any guidance on who to contact to escalate this further?
