Hi.
I ported 4 numbers from Vodacom to Cell C this week. 3 of my numbers now work fully on the Cell C network. However one of them numbers, works partially. I have access to Whats App, Emails, BB and Internet Services. I can also make calls to all networks. However when i attempt to call my number from my telkom line, it tells me this number no longer exist. I have called Cell C, they tell me, i can get calls from MTN and Cell C, but not from any other network. Cell C tell me they have emailed Vodacom as it may be that the Porting has not been fully completed. Is this true and is there anything else I can do?
