Porting help please..

I need help - desperately.

I have ported from Vodacom to MTN.

On the 05 of March, I got an SMS from Vodacom saying that my application to leave was approved. Fine.

I then went to MTN to pick up my phone and sim - the same day. Fine.

Problem: The SIM card from MTN says "Unregistered".

Today, I get an SMS from MTN, welcoming me to the MTN network. Confused.

I am still using my old Vodacom SIM, because the MTN one is unregistered.
Bearing in mind I am busy porting, what do I do?

How do I now use my MTN SIM on the MTN network - like I'd like?

here is your problem: you've gone from bad to worse




why not go into a mtn shop and let them have a look at it? they'll probably look as confused and clueless as a vodashop, but its worth a shot..
