Porting out of Telkom

I'm trying to port a number out and it's near impossible. Contract has expired but they seem to be unable to cancel the contract. All other providers allow for number to be ported out mid contract and they assign a new number to the contract. Telkom does not do this.

They are so damn frustrating.

Porting midcontract is not normally allowed by any of the networks

Sorry, can't help with billing, contract or mobile-specific problems.
