Hey
Long ago ( Just over a year or so) I ported from my prepaid Vodacom to Virgin so that I could take advantage of their lower data rates. Now I have ported over to an MTN contract on an Anytime 100 contract where I got the 5800XM.
The problem is I now cannot send MMS's to Vodacom (SMS's and Calls work).
I also cannot receive SMS's, MMS's or Phone calls from Vodacom.
I then tried putting my old(Virgin) sim card into another phone and then tried phoning and SMS's my number with a Vodacom phone. All the SMS's and Calls went through to the old simcard and it still had signal? So now have both my MTN and Virgin Simcards working half
What must I do and Where must I got to get this fixed.
