Hi everyone,
I'd like to know if anyone has had success with porting their number from a different network to MTN and taking out a contract on that new number.
I've spoken to so many different people from MTN, all say something different so I don't trust any one thing they say because of the discrepancies.
One of the MTN store consultants told me that the person who set me up with the contract shouldve asked if I wanted to port from a new network. Which they did do and I gave them all the details. They still gave me a new MTN number anyway now I'm stuck between a rock and hard place.
I'd be willing to cancel my MTN contract to retake it out on the ported number, but if there's an easier way that any of you guys may have had success with, please let me know.
