Ports Shaped?

sorry if this has been asked before or if it is a dumb Question

does anyone know for a fact what ports telkom are shaping?
i am sure someoneout there must know.
i mean they cant shape http; ftp.......
if someone could give us say a list of ports that are not shaped it would be usefull

imho, all ports are shaped. some are shaped "up", some are shaped "down". you cannot give one port a lower priority without giving all the other ports a (higher) priority first.

80, 443, 20 ad 21 are shaped
