PosiFlex PP7700 - Printing Giberish

Hi

Does anyone know what could be the problem if the Therminal Prints Giberish. Like all sorts of nonsense and letters on the paper.

I have reinstalled the printer, configured the COM port etc, but still does the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

have you reset the printer?

most of these slip or label printers have a button combo to reset the printers.

ask the manufacturer or supplier how it is done on that printer....
