Genesys Engineer at a leading IT company that is able to Analyse,maintain,install, and problem solve the contact center environment.

Fixing technical problems that are of a more complex nature than those that the associate engineer would attend to.
You will support other engineers and work directly with clients
Installation, fixing technical problems of a complex nature, as well as problem management
You will be required to perform 2nd and 3rd Level Support on Genesys and ensure your calls are resolved within the SLA
Operational support tasks, incident resolution and reporting, problem analysis
Continued refinement of system checks together with training and mentoring of other engineers is expected
You will develop and maintain documents on single points of failure and maintain system configuration and other system related documentation including a recovery plan
Available to work on Standby
Key requirements:
Experience in IT and Call Centers
Experience as a Genesys Engineer 3 to 5 years
A degree/diploma in Information Technology is preferable
A Professional certification in Genesys
Good English language skills
Position is paying up to 700k per annum (Depending on qualifications and experience)
