Possible Capitec Location

Hi All,
Googles not been so helpful here...

Anyone know who to contact regarding a possible location for a new branch?

I have the building with a CAT II safe already. Much of the local population uses capitec and the nearest bank is an hours drive away - out of the question for many people...
I'm not looking to run a branch or anything myself, but rather rent the building.
