Possible GeForce Now cancellation bug
Fellow forumites! We are investigating a potential bug in Rain's GeForce Now subscription system.
Two of our readers have said they cancelled their subs on the mobile app but continued to retain access to the service months thereafter.
On the web, their accounts show that they have R0.00 "paid up" bills, but they still have a GeForce Now sub on the dashboard with payment dates.
We were wondering if this might potentially be keeping slots from opening up for new users.
While a free sub is welcome, the two users had not used their subscriptions until they noticed the bug.
If the slots were not reopened, others that would have been keen to use them might not have been able to sign up.
