The following should probably be a sticky but I am unsure how to set it up as such;
After having about 2 months of speed issues I was able to get some TLC from CellC tech support. It would seem that Huwaei drivers conflict, and the following was suggested;
- Uninstall all Huawei drivers including those of the CellC speedstick
- Go to Microsoft's network and sharing centre, select "Change Adapter Settings" and delete all the modem settings
- Reboot
- Plug in Cell C speedstick and let it reinstall itself
And you should be good to go. It was also pointed out that the "WCDMA only" patch that quite a few of us installed may not be the best of ideas.

So I'm happy enough.
