For the record, I'm a HomeDSL 192 subscriber.... happily been downloading for over 6 months now at speeds generally between 40 and 50KB/s. I'm not complaining, of course, but I am confused. My argument for getting 192 was that with a tiny cap, what's the point in reaching it in a few days while I can now reach it in a couple of weeks?
Is this hyper-performance 192 line normal? Am I alone in this? I suspect many folk have this too, but don't want to admit it in fear of losing it. Hell, my adsl days are numbered so I don't care. Perhaps there truly is little (or no?) difference between a 192, a 384 and a 512? Other than price.
