Post office sms notifications during lockdown

So before the lockdown, I recieved a few parcels via the post office and each time recieved an sms when it was available to be collected.

I have 2 or 3 more parcels I am waiting for, but since the lockdown did not recieve any sms from the post office yet.

I was just wondering if anyone recieved smses from the post office during the last month or two, or should I just go stand in the queue and query the parcel ?

SMS? Surely you meant to say Faxes?

By the way, use their tracing systems to verify availability. Also, always call ahead to verify that they are actually open because branches get shut from time to time because of staff members contracting the C-virus. Lastly, if you happen to enjoy New (SASSA) Kids On (And Around) The Block, make sure you visit the Post Office between the 4th and the 7th day of the month.
