Post-TBC Latencies

SA latency is on a roller-coaster ride at the moment. After the release of TBC, some players claim to be looking at pings now well into the yellows and sometimes greens, while others are looking at a constant 700-800ms+. So in an effort to gather some information and make some sense of it all, please post below your latency along with a few other details. It shouldn't take long, and your input will be appreciated

Edit: A Strange thing I noticed that if I log on, I have a green bar for about 5 minutes, then after that it turns red. If I quit the client, and start it again I have a green bar again... Anyone else notice this or can tell me what the problem could be?

Also have green for a while after logging on then red. This weekend was better than the last few weeks got yellow at times on Sunday morning.
