Posting to the IT Jobs Thread?

I've got a position that I need to fill for a dotNet - MVC developer (preferably with Azure experience) in Cape Town; I was thinking of posting it to the IT Jobs section, but every time I try it says I'm not authorised to do so.

Any ideas on what I need to do to be able to post?
