I bought an item online and the seller told me it will be a postnet to postnet transaction.

Is it possible for me to get Postnet to deliver it to my house or will I have to go there?

You have to go collect it at your local Postnet, only the sender can request door delivery when they send it off.

Or use Aramex (same company, same price). They do store to door deliveries.
