How sad is it that im seeing more and more !@#$% potholes being filled up with cement. You can see someone got ppssd off and decided to just do it themselves. Multiple examples in the roodepoort area, bloody cANCerous swines

Those people should be recognized. I'm glad we have people like them around.
The fact that Dial Direct had to pull their pothole brigade down, due to SANRAL complaining, pisses me off. The sooner the ANC are out off power - the better. Sadly, I don't see that day coming.

I saw a guy filling potholes with sand and asking for donations the other day.

I always used to see it in the other African countries but this was the first time I saw it here.

They have been doing it in the Transkei for years, they "fix" a small portion of road roughly 30m and then expect payment!
I just waive smile and drive away.

They can also be BEE contractors appointed by your local council, you see it a lot. They just gooi cement in the holes, bunch of useless dumb fscks. I saw on pothole turning into a sinkhole fixed 9 times in a matter of a few months!!!
