It always seem to me that we got the short end of the stick when it came to the flavours of chips here in SA. It is so limited!

In your foreign travels, what flavours of chips have you encountered that you'd like to see in SA?

In India (yes, I had to reference that :) ) they have a Lay's Masala which is great.

Oh, and I was reading about Lay's having recently had a competition to introduce new flavours, i.e. Cheesy Garlic Bread (sounds nice!), Chicken & Waffles (can you imagine something more gross?) and Sriracha (some kind of chilli or pepper).

The most vomit-inducing flavour Simba ever used was Russian or hotdog flavour.

The best I've had were in Egypt. One was a kebab flavour and the other was lemon chili.

These sound interesting:

Lay's Sensations (Red Sweet Paprika, Thai Sweet Chili, Mexican Peppers & Cream, and Japanese Teriyaki)

Yep. American flavor (I know I know... 'merica etc) competition. Apparently it tastes like chicken and maple syrup.

I would try it.

Remember having cheese burger flavoured chips. They were nice. Almost like the smokey BBQ sauce (think spur marinade) and the double cheese flavour (simba) combined.
