Thanks everyone for all the advice! You have all been a great help! I will hopefully get connected very soon (soon being a relative term considering Telkom is involved). It's a toss up between the 192 and 384. Now I just need to get myself a copy of Battlefield 2... Is it available in SA yet? I haven't seen it on the shelves.

lol! 2 months ago? the world wide release was on June 21st... are you on the same GMT zone?

Anyways, BF2 is awesome if you get to pop in with decent squad members. Sadly there is only one SA server thus far and if you are lucky you can find a spot to pop in, but if you do you will not want to exit.

Im lucky to even connect with a good ping , one day it was so crowded it had a 400ms ping

Sometimes some servers have a cap on thier pings. one server had a 20ms ping and only allowed a lightning fast connection!
