Potholes!!!! Can I claim?

I am higly p'ed off, I hit I pothole this morning. This is the second time it happen, can I claim from the road works?

Where was it?

There's a huge one on Northumberland. There are cars constantly on the side of the road.

In fact last night I was giving directions and said 'you'll see a few cars changing tyres on the side of the road ... just go straight'

When the guy arrived he was like 'htf did you know?'

Rim scratched, like 5cm scratch. 1 front tyre needs to be replaced (less than a year old, like new), can't fixed.

So I need to repair rim and replace two front tyres.

No, that is the Cross Polo that came to grief up on the Berea in Durban last year.

Only:
1. Iif you can prove the council knew about it.
2. Prove that you actually drove into it (dark area, photo/quote etc).

Longshot here but hit a pothole and damaged Tyre and rim in bergville kzn.
Does anyone have an email or website contact where i can try put in a claim ?
I've taken pics location etc .I don't care how long it takes I'd they pay but will try but can't find any contact details to send to
