Power Bank Help

I bought a Romoss Sailing 5:

it has 2 outputs:
1) DC5V 1A,
2)DC5V 2.1A
I want to use it to charge my tablet (xperia z2) and my phone s3.
I assume that I must use the 2.1A for my tablet and the 1A for my phone?
What if I use the 2.1 A for my phone or vice versa?

Then your tablet would most likely not charge, or charge very slowly. 2.1A is the minimum I use for charging my phone on any power bank. I don't know about the Romoss power banks, but I have found that charging 2 devices at once off a power bank does not work too well. One power bank, one device.
